Does a visit from someone in Beverly Hills make me a celebrity?

Wow! Someone in Beverly Hills visited my blog. Just found out while looking at Google Analytics.
I don’t know anyone there. . . .wait I know everyone there. Scarlett Johansson is a very dear friend, yeah. We just had lunch, um, we had lunch yesterday, yeah. . She paid, and then asked if I would cast her in my next movie. That’s the ticket! And I said. . . .well, Scarlett dear, I’ll have to think about it.
Apologies to Jon Lovitz.
What does a weekday tri workout look like?

It’s been a while since I’ve done one of my hour-long, lung busting interval workouts. After a great long run last weekend, I figured it only made since to try and do a workout that will help increase my speed in longer races.

Reservations at Nobu? $30 — Getting in at All? Priceless
October 2, 2007 | 2 Comments
What keeps those of us from eating at any one of NYC’s poshest dining spots? The difficulty in getting a table.
I don’t live in the city, nor do I have any dreams or aspirations too, but when I travel, I try to have a meal that promises to blow my socks off. And there lies my problem. Getting into any one of Manhattan’s best restaurants requires a reservation, so what’s a palette like mine supposed to do?
Fellow foodies, don’t dispair. There is hope for us in the form of TableXchange. Here you can buy and sell reservations to some of New York’s toughest to get tables in real time.
A reservation for 2 for this upcoming Friday night at Nobu was being offered for $30.
While that may sound like a lot, for someone like me who would have a tough time making a reservation to begin with, this is not a bad route to take.
Now, if I lived in NYC, I would seriously consider brokering restaurant reservations. You could always get pinched, but after selling a few reservations, you could earn a free meal.
Be warned though, text from their website says:
Should I mention TableXchange to the restaurant when I reconfirm?
TableXchange is a secondary reservation market and is not affiliated with any of the restaurants you see listed on our site. We recommend you do not mention TableXchange to a restaurant for any reason.
You may just draw the ire of a celebrity chef. And no one wins when one of them gets angry.
